Constructify 360 was founded by Omid Shahbazian, a veteran of the construction and real estate development world with over two decades of hands-on leadership. With a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Construction Management, Omid spent the last 20+ years in the trenches—managing, building, and developing projects across the country. His background is not theoretical; it’s forged through real-world experience and a relentless drive to build smarter.

Over the past decade, Omid helped scale Genesis Companies into a nationally recognized development and construction firm, completing commercial and hospitality projects as both developer and general contractor. From hotels and multifamily properties to complex infill developments, he has led high-stakes teams across the U.S. — with a deep specialty in hospitality.

But something was missing in the broader industry: true owner-side representation. A 360° risk partner that understands both what gets designed on paper and what gets built in the field. That’s why Constructify 360 was born.
